Hey, everyone. There's not a lot going on this week. Lisa's folks drove down for a week's vacation, and they're taking off tomorrow morning. Please keep them in your prayers for safe travel.
It's pretty humid today, but that's something we've got to get used to in Tennessee. It's not completely unbearable, but difficult to do a whole lot during the day that doesn't involve being near a body of water.
I went to a friend's place on Wednesday to watch the Red Wings and the Pistons...they both lost. Game 6 for the Pistons versus the Celtics should be a great game from Detroit. I'm really looking forward to that game. The Penguins finally scored on us in beating us Wednesday, with Sidney Crosby scoring two goals...just what I didn't want. For those of you unfamiliar with "Sid the Kid," he's talked about by everyone as the NHL's savior, the "Michael Jordan of hockey," if you will. It's pretty sickening to hear his name more than the Red Wings team, despite the fact that the Wings shut them out the first two games of the Stanley Cup Final (why isn't it "Finals" anymore?). Anyway, I'm confident the Wings are still going to win the Stanley Cup. So...GO WINGS, and GO PISTONS! Hopefully, the Tigers get things going soon, too!
I got some pictures of Dad from Mom and from Janet, so thank you, ladies. I'd like to get my project finished so I can post it by June 9, so please get them in the mail as soon as possible if you'd like to share more!
June is going to stink for Lisa, as she has class from 9 to 5 every day at Lipscomb, so pray for her during those blah, blah, blah times. :-)
Love you all!
